Let Us Know What You Think About This BookScan Station

Monday, November 4, 2013

Check out the BookScan Station located directly to the right of the security gates as soon as you walk in the library.

The station allows patrons and staff to scan using a large flatbed scanner or a document scanner (for loose pages) that can scan the fronts and backs of the pages simultaneously. You have the option of emailing or printing the scans, or you can save them to a USB flash drive, Google Drive, a smartphone or tablet.

The station is on trial right now, meaning we have not yet made the final decision to purchase it. If you get a chance, please use the station and let us know what you think to help inform our decision about whether or not to keep it. You can email Chris Woodall (cmwoodall@salisbury.edu) or just fill out the paper surveys that are available next to the station.
